Exhibition: Monuments of Mosul in Danger

The exhibition Monuments of Mosul in Danger presents the unique architectural heritage of the town of Mosul which was seriously assailed by the ideologically motivated attacks of the radical organization ISIS. The exhibition combines the findings of archaeological historical research with modern technology and introduces chttp://power.orient.cas.cz/wp-admin/nav-menus.phpurrent reconnaissance techniques used to document architectural sights. Thanks to the Czech experts, the destroyed monuments of Mosul have been digitally recreated.
The exhibition is held under the auspices of the Czech Economic and Cultural Office in Taiwan.
